Ordinance No 20619 Exhibit A <br />• Section 9.3165 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide as follows: <br />9.3165 S-DR Downtown Riverfront Special Area Zone Parking Requirements. <br />(1) Required Off-Street Motor Vehicle Parking. New on-site surface parking shall <br />be accessory to a primary use on the same development site and may <br />be located only on: <br />1. Parcels with frontage on the street adjacent to the existing railroad <br />corridor; <br />2. Parcels that take access from an alley; <br />3. Parcels where the on-site parking is located behind the building <br />or, if there is no alley access, to the side of the building. <br />On-site surface parking does not include underground, structured, <br />courtyard, tuck-under, and podium parking. On-street parking spaces <br />within the public right-of-way and on-site parking spaces for persons <br />with disabilities are exempt from this requirement. The provisions at EC <br />9.6420(1), (3), (5), and (6) do not apply to vertically stacked parking <br />facilities in the S-DR Zone. Each vertically stacked parking space <br />counts toward the minimum off-street parking requirement in EC <br />9.3165(1). <br />Page 23 of 39 <br />
