Ordinance Exhibit A <br />Section 9.3160 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide as follows: <br />9.3160 S-DR Downtown Riverfront Special Area Zone Transportation Svstem <br />Standards. <br />(1) General Application of Standards. Transportation facilities shall be located <br />and constructed to standards at EC 9.6505 and EC 9.6800 through 9.6875, <br />unless otherwise specified herein. In the event of a conflict between <br />standards, the specific standards at EC 9.3160 shall control. <br />(2) Transportation Network. The Street Connectivity Standards at EC 9.6815 <br />do not apply in the S-DR Zone. The location of streets, alleys,apd-public <br />accessways, and multi-use paths shall be consistent with Figure EC <br />9.3160(4-4) S-DR Zone Street Network. The Street <br />Width Standards at EC 9.6870 do not apply in the S-DR Zone.
