Ordinance Exhibit A Section 9.3160 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide as follows: 9.3160 S-DR Downtown Riverfront Special Area Zone Transportation Svstem Standards. (1) General Application of Standards. Transportation facilities shall be located and constructed to standards at EC 9.6505 and EC 9.6800 through 9.6875, unless otherwise specified herein. In the event of a conflict between standards, the specific standards at EC 9.3160 shall control. (2) Transportation Network. The Street Connectivity Standards at EC 9.6815 do not apply in the S-DR Zone. The location of streets, alleys,apd-public accessways, and multi-use paths shall be consistent with Figure EC 9.3160(4-4) S-DR Zone Street Network. (3) Street Classifications. Except for alleys and public accessways, all streets in Figure EC 9.3160(4-4) S-DR Zone Street Network are classified as public local commercial-industrial streets.
