The Special Development Standards for Certain <br />Uses at EC 9.5000 through 9.5350 and the General Standards for All <br />Development at EC 9.6000 through 9.6885 apply within the S-DR Zone, <br />except as provided ' at EC <br />9.3148 through EC 9.3185. In the event of a conflict, the provisions of EC <br />..9.3148 to EC 9.3185 shall .control. <br />(2) <br />Setbacks (Building and Yard). Unless otherwise specified at EC 9.3180 <br />through EC 9.3185, there are no minimum front or interior yard setbacks for a <br />building or structure. <br />(3) <br />Building Height. Minimum and maximum building heights shall be <br />determined using Figure EC 9.3155(2.3) S-DR Zone Height Regulating Plan <br />and Figures EC 9.3155(3)(a) through (gt). In the event of a conflict between <br />the written text and the figures, the figures shall control. Notwithstanding the <br />provisions in EC 9.6715 and EC 9.6720, trellises, structures providing <br />weather protection, architectural features, and other devices maybe <br />erected no more than 12 feet above the height limits established in this <br />land use code, whether such structure is attached to it or freestanding. <br />(4) <br />Building Stepbacks. Required building stepbacks in the S-DR Zone are. <br />shown on Figures EC 9.3155(3)(a) through (gtj and en Figure 4 3 of the <br />Stepbacks are measured from the <br />front of the building facing a primary street and, where applicable, from the <br />(5) <br />side of the building when abutting the S-DR/CL subdistrict. <br />Building Gr•enttation.
