Notice of Land Use Decision Ph <br />Date: May 22, 2019 NMI% <br /> <br />Location: 4334 Katy Lane <br />cXHIB <br />File Name/Number: Wild Rose Estates (ARA 19-2) <br />On May 17, 2019, the Eugene Planning Director issued a denial of an adjustment review request to the standards at <br />Eugene Code 9.6835 Public Accessways. The applicant -tad requested to not be required to provide a public bicycle- <br />pedestrian connection to Awbrey Park. Denial of the request means that the connection must be provided. <br />A copy of the application, decision, all documents and evidence submitt ed by or on behalf of the applicant and appli- <br />cable criteria are available for review at the Planning Division. Copies may be obtained at a cost. As a courtesy, gen- <br />eral information and reference materials for this land use application may be accessed by visiting http://www.eugene <br />or.gov/3208/Land-Use-Application-Information. <br />Any person who is adversely affected or aggrieved by this decision, or who is mailed this written notice, may appeal <br />the decision and pay an appeal fee in accordance with procedures listed in Section 9.7605 of the Eugene Code. The <br />Planning Director's decision will not become final until the 12 day period for filing a local appeal has expired. In this <br />case, any appeal must be received by 5 p.m. on June 3, 2019. Appeal procedures, forms, and fee information are <br />available at the City's Permit and Information Center or on our web site. In accordance with Section 9.7055 of the <br />Eugene Code, the Eugene Hearings Official will consider any appeals of this land use decision.
