I know that it surprised me given Eugene's Tree City status and claims of sustainability best practices. <br />With no minimum front setbacks established by the form based code amendments the public realm will be towered <br />over by 70', 85', 120', and 45' structures separated by 20' of automobile traffic and only 15' per sidewalk and/or street <br />fixtures and landscaping. A cross section showing both building heights and street right of way is lacking in the <br />information packet.
