GF <br />From: BERRY Loren R <br />Sent: Tuesday, May 7, 2019 4:47 PM <br />To: *Eugene Riverfront Leads Team <CERIVERFRONTTEAMLEADS@ci.eugene.or.us> <br />Subject: Historic SHPO Mitigation for Warehouse/operations Building <br />I just talked to Kathryn Toepel of Heritage Research to get myself up to speed on the remaining steps <br />for the Ops/Warehouse historic SHPO mitigation. <br />We have amended their contract to include research, reporting and support in the completion of the <br />three stipulations agreed to by the Oregon State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO)and the City of <br />Eugene in the MOA signed in March 2019. A copy of the MOA is attached. <br />Heritage is currently working on the STATE LEVEL DOCUMENTATION and will be coordinating the <br />DIGITAL ARCHIVAL of INFORMATION with the Lane County Historical Museum. Heritage Research <br />will provide support to the City of Eugene for an on-site interpretation that will include the history of <br />EWEB including the construction and operation of the Warehouse Building.
