Notice of Proposed Land Use Action <br />Date: April 12, 2019 <br />Location: 4334 Katy Lane <br />LEugene <br />File Name/Number: Wild Rose Estates (ARA 19-2) '"ROMMP, <br />This notice is being sent to inform you and provide opportunity for comment on a request for <br />approval of an application for an adjustment review under Eugene Code 9.8030(20) to adjust <br />Eugene Code 9.6835(1) Public Accessways. <br />A copy of the application and all documents submitted by the applicant and applicable crite- <br />ria, are available for review at the Planning Division. Copies may be obtained at a cost. Appli- <br />cation materials including a site plan, as well as general information about the land use appli- <br />cation process and criteria may be accessed by visiting http://www.eugene-or.gov/3208/Land <br />-Use-Application-Information. <br />Any written comments should be directed toward the relevant approval criteria for the applications in Section 9.6835 of <br />the Eugene Code, and must be received at the e-mail address listed below or at the return mailing address by 5:00 p.m. on <br />April 26, 2019. Your written comments must include your mailing address if you wish to be included on the mailing list for <br />any future notices, including notice of decision, on this application. <br />The applicant's request will be reviewed under Type II procedures beginning at Section 9.7200 of the Eugene Code. Fol- <br />lowing the comment period, the Planning Director will issue a decision which may then be appealed to the Eugene Hear- <br />ings Official.
