CC - September 11, 2013 <br />Council work session on the Riverfront Urban Renewal District including prospective cost-benefit <br />analysis on redevelopment of the EWEB Redevelopment project. <br />CC - October 20, 2014 <br />Council work session on an update on the EWEB Redevelopment Project. The University of Oregon <br />Foundation was selected to proceed as the development agent. (Williams/Dame & Associates <br />(WDA) also submitted an RFP response.) <br />CC - March 11, 2015 <br />Council work session on an update on the EWEB Redevelopment Project. Council focused on <br />objectives of the redevelopment and next steps. <br />AB - May 13, 2015 <br />Agency Board work session update on projects related to the EWEB Riverfront Redevelopment and <br />Riverfront Urban Renewal District investments. Staff asked the Agency Board to take action on <br />design of the 8th Avenue crossing, the initial design related to the Quiet Zone crossings, and the <br />River Loans program. Agency Board received a Triple Bottom Line analysis that broadly looked at <br />the impact of the City-related projects. <br />May 19.2015 - UO Foundation withdrew their interest in the property. <br />AB - January 13, 2016 <br />Agency Board work session on the Agency acting as EWEB's agent. <br />AB - July 27, 2016 <br />The Agency Board work session and action authorizing the Agency to enter into an agreement with <br />EWEB to purchase the downtown riverfront property. <br />June 16, 2017-An exclusive negotiating agreement (ENA) was signed between the Agency and WDA <br />for the Downtown Riverfront (excluding the riverfront). <br />AB - October 23, 2017 <br />The Agency Board approved the Mayor's nominations for seven individuals to serve on the River <br />Guides. <br />CC - December 14, 2017 <br />Council received the Downtown Riverfront redevelopment WDA project update. <br />CC - January 31, 2018 <br />Council work session on the second Downtown Riverfront redevelopment project update. <br />Representatives from WDA presented the proposed concept. <br />AB - February 12, 2018 <br />
