Annual Hydrology Statistics, Willamette River at Former EWEB Steam Plant, Water Years 1977 to 2018. Discharge
statistics are for the USACE Gage EUGO at the Former EWEB Steam Plant in Eugene, OR.
I.Results and Conclusions

No wetlands were identified within the study area. The Willamette River OHW line was identified
within the study area, and was delineated based on field indicators.

J.Required Disclaimer

Wetlands are regulated on federal, state, and local levels by the US Army Corps of Engineers (Corps),
Oregon Department of State Lands (DSL), and the City of Eugene. This report presents the findings of
the wetland scientists based on their experience and best professional judgment. This report does not
represent a jurisdictional determination of wetland boundaries or classifications. Within the state of
Oregon, the Corps and DSL have the final authority in determining wetland boundaries and regulations.
It is suggested that this report be forwarded to the appropriate agencies for concurrence prior to
completion any project activities that would disturb the wetlands as assessed in the field.

13
