Order No. 0309108 <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />Property Description Continued - <br /> <br /> <br />TRACT 5: <br /> <br />Situated in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 31 and the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32 in Township <br />17 South, Range 3 West of the Willamette Meridian in the City of Eugene, Lane County Oregon <br />and described as follows: Being all of the land that was firstly described in the Bargain <br />and Sale Deed to Charles L. Sparks and Virginia G. Sparks that was recorded September 28, <br />1973, Reception No. 7344520, Lane County Oregon Official Records; and further being a <br />portion of Lots 1 and 2 in Block 15, of the Original Plat of EUGENE CITY, as platted and <br />Hilyard Shaw Donation Land Claim No. 56. The perimeter boundary of said land being described <br />more particularly as follows: Commencing on the Northerly right-of-way line of the Southern <br />Pacific Company, at a point 400.9 feet South and 139.0 feet East of the Northwest Corner <br />of aforesaid Donation Land Claim, said point being 40 feet distant Westerly (when measured <br />at right angles to, the relocated centerline of the Ferry Street Bridge East 6th and East <br />thence <br />the Northerly right-of-way line of said railroad right-of-way 140.81 feet to the true point <br />of beginning of the following described tract; run thence <br />thence thence North 60 feet; thence West 51.4 feet to the West <br />line of said Donation Land Claim; thence South along said West line 66 feet to the South <br />line of East 5th Avenue; thence West along the South line of said East 5th Avenue, 127 feet <br />to the Northerly line of said Southern Pacific Company right-of-way; thence <br />East along said Northerly right-of-way line 201.68 feet, more or less, returning to the <br />true point of beginning, in Lane County, Oregon. <br /> <br />ALSO: The vacated portion of the South one-half of East Fifth Avenue that adjoins the <br />Westerly North line of the aforedescribed lands, as said avenue was vacated by Vacation <br />Ordinance Number 19374 that was recorded February 13, 1986, Reception No. 8605882, Lane <br />County Official Records, in Lane County, Oregon. <br /> <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North-South alley that lies in Block 15 of said Original Plat <br />of EUGENE CITY, in Lane County, Oregon. <br /> <br /> <br />TRACT 6: <br /> <br />Situated in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32 in Township 17 South, Range 3 West of the <br />Willamette Meridian in the City of Eugene, Lane County Oregon and described as follows: <br />Being all of the land that was lastly described in the Bargain and Sale Deed to Charles <br />L.
