192.51 feet to a point that lies on the northeasterly right-of-way line of the Southern Pacific <br />Company Railroad; THENCE, southesterly along said northeasterly right-of-way line, the <br />following one numbered course: (7) South 49 degree 28' 24" East 675.86 feet to its intersection <br />with the west boundary of the John C. Leasure Donation Land Claim Number 65 (Notification <br />No. 3692) in Township 17 South, Range 3 West of the Willamette Meridian as said west <br />boundary was established in County Survey Number 2170; AND THENCE, running northerly and <br />northeasterly along the westerly and northerly lines of said County Survey Number 2170, the <br />following two numbered courses (8) North 02 degree 30' 54" East 247.70 feet to a 1 iron <br />pipe [per CS 2170] and (9) North 71 degree 57' 54" East 142.15 feet, more or less, RETURNING <br />to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 317,271 square feet, more or less. <br />Bearings and distances shown hereon are taken and derived from data as shown on the Survey <br />Map by James W. Colton that was filed March 25, 2016 as County Survey File Number 43582. Ir <br />addition, a Property Line Adjustment Survey Map will be filed by Ryan Eckerson that will reflect <br />monumentation that will be set along the adjusted boundaries of the above described lands. <br />
