<br />April 17, 2018 <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br /> <br />To: Mike McKerrow, Land Use Analyst (City of Eugene) <br /> <br />From: Emily Eng, Senior Planner <br /> <br />Subject: City of Eugene Parking Code Compliance Report for the <br />University of Oregon Campus, 2017 <br /> <br />Copy: Kristie Brown (Land Use Supervisor, City of Eugene), Kassy Fisher, <br />Mike Harwood, Christine Thompson, Darin Dehle, Tom Shepard <br /> <br /> <br />This memorandum contains the annual analysis of student enrollment and automobile <br />parking spaces on campus during calendar year 2017 with the intent of measuring <br />continued compliance with City codes regulating required parking. <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />In July 1997, the City of Eugene accepted a study that concluded the university was in <br />compliance with applicable city codes regulating the supply of automobile and bicycle <br />parking.
