Just because something is <br />legal or within (arbitrary) standards does not make proceeding reasonable, ethical, considerate to the existing <br />residents, or wise. This plan WILL will significantly lower the quality of life the and anyone looking at the <br />proposed plan can see why, legality aside. But I understand how other concerns can so easily override what we <br />often call "the right thing to do." I'm really puzzled why you seem so intent on proceeding. It's fairly clear <br />you've made up your mind. I'll be at the meeting tonight but I'm starting to see the futility of all this.
