We have completed a review of the <br />Sandow Engineering October 6, 2017 and Nlav 19, 2018 memos and transportation related <br />materials in the written record of the land use application. This memorandum provides <br />additional technical information in follow up to our June 11, 2018 memorandum. We have <br />rile following comments. <br />Access via Lombard Lane & Fir Lane <br />Access to the proposed development would be via the existing Lombard Lane and Fir Lane. <br />Access is also proposed to River Road which requires an adjustment to City= of Eugene <br />access standards. <br />Lombard Lane is constructed with a pared width of approximately- 16 feet. There are <br />numerous locations along Lombard Lane that are experiencing pavement distress as <br />illustrated in Figures 2 through 3. There are no sidewalks along Lombard Lane. Similarly, <br />Fir Lane is constructed with an approximate pared width of 16 feet except near its <br />intersection with River Road, where Fir Lane significantly- widens out.
