A.-M <br />WPlanning <br />NOTICE OF HEARINGS OFFICIAL DECISION <br />August 9, 2018 <br />On August 7, 2018, the Eugene Hearings Official conditionally approved a Willamette Greenway <br />Permit, Site Review, and Adjustment Review to develop 94 market rate multi-family dwelling <br />units (City File Numbers: WG 18-3/SR 18-3/ARA 18-8/ City File Name: Lombard Apartments) <br />A copy of the application, decision, all documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the <br />applicant and applicable criteria are available for review at the Planning Division and may be <br />obtained at a reasonable cost. This notice, the Hearings Official's decision, application materials, <br />and general information about the land use application process and criteria may be accessed by <br />visiting http://www.eugene-or.gov/3208/Land-Use-Application-Information <br />Unless appealed pursuant to Eugene Code Sections 9.7650 through 9.7685, this Hearings Official <br />decision will be effective when the appeal period has expired. In this case, any appeal must be <br />received by 5 p.m. on August 21, 2018. Appeal procedures, forms, and fee information are <br />available at the City's Planning Division or on our web site.
