Please do not approve the proposed Lombard apartment development plan that would: add excessive and dangerous traffic congestion on River Road build 94 residential housing units in a federal Special Flood Hazard Area pave high-quality, class 1 soil with 128 private parking spaces potentially harm groundwater and local well systems disregard "context-sensitive" design principles, diminishing neighborhood livability I urge the city to NOT approve this seriously flawed development proposal.
