In Section 4, delete the "P(2)" entries for under the R-2, R-3 and R-4 columns in Table <br />9.2740. <br />In Section 6, delete the following entries under the R-2, R-3 and R-4 columns in Table <br />9.2750: See (17)", See (17)(a) and (b)" and See (17)(c))". <br />C. If this motion were to fail, then please make a motion to add the following two sections to <br />CB 5184 to exclude Secondary Dwellings from the Chambers Special Area Zone and the <br />Jefferson-Westside Special Area Zone, which already allow much more flexibility for second <br />dwellings on lots that are at least 4,500 square feet. <br />Section 18. Subsection (2) of Section 9.3060 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to <br />provide as follows: <br />9.3060 S-C Chambers Special Area Zone - Land Use and Permit Requirements and <br />Special Use Limitations. Except where the standards in EC 9.3065 S-C Chambers Special <br />Area Zone Development Standards specifically provide otherwise: <br />(2) The land use and permit requirements and special use limitations applicable in <br />the S-C/R-2 subarea shall be those set out at EC 9.2740 and EC 9.2741 for uses in the <br />R-2 zone, except that secondary dwellings shall not be allowed. <br />Section 19. A new subsection (2) is added to Section 9.3615 of the Eugene Code, 1971, and <br />the following subsection is renumbered, to provide as follows: <br />9.3615 S-JW Jefferson Westside Special Area Zone Land Use and Permit Requirements <br />and Special Use Limitations. The land use and permit requirements and special use <br />limitations applicable in the S-JW Jefferson Westside Special Area Zone shall be those <br />set out at EC 9.2740 and EC 9.2741 for uses in the R-2 zone, except the following uses <br />listed on Table EC 9.2740 are prohibited in the S-JW Jefferson Westside Special Area <br />Zone: <br />1. Correctional Facilities. <br />2. Secondary Dwellings. <br />[44] (3). C-1 Neighborhood Commercial Zone permitted uses, unless such a use is <br />specifically listed in another row on Table 9.2740 as an allowable use under the "R-2" <br />column. <br />
