Secondary dwellings shall conform to all of the following: <br />(a) The dwelling shall not exceed 800 square feet unless occupying the full story <br />oofa multi-story structure with ground floor residential use. <br />[(b) EithreF the aFy dwell♦ RdaFy dwelling shall be nnsUpied by +he <br />PFApeFty owReF] <br />(eb) There shall be at least 1 off-street parking space on the property. <br />(dc) The dwelling shall be located on a lot that is not a flag lot. <br />(ed) Detached secondary dwellings shall: <br />1. The primary entrance to a secondary dwelling shall be defined by a <br />roofed porch. <br />4. The planning director shall approve, <br />conditionally approve, or deny an adjustment review application. Approval or conditional <br />approval shall be based on compliance with the following applicable criteria. <br />(34) Secondary Dwellings.
