There is simply no requirement and no actual reason or benefit to adding ADU to R-2, R-3 and R-4. And, <br />instead of improving "clarity," adding another (likely unused) dwelling subtype makes these three zones <br />more complicated. <br />Councilors should take a breath and think through the goal of greater "clarity."
