BOHNER Rodney T
From:hopsbran@aol.com
Sent:Wednesday, July 04, 2018 9:26 AM
To:BOHNER Rodney T
Subject:To Fred Wilson, Hearings Official for Lombard Apt Proposal
Dear Mr Wilson,
We am concerned about many issues regarding the Lombard Apartment plan proposal by Evergreen Housing
Development Group.
Among these concerns are:
1. The net density for the Lombard Apartment proposal needs to be recalculated as the applicant submitted erroneous
data.
2. The applicant has not established that the land is a legal lot.
3. The applicant is assuming that state Goal 15 (Willamette River Greenway) is subservient to SB 1051 (Needed
Housing).
The application should be denied.
The Greenway should be protected as a natural area to facilitate riverine health and to provide habitat for wildlife. The
health and beauty of geenspace along waterways is of infinite value.
Nena Lovinger and Robert Emmons
1
