Among these concerns are: 1. <br />The net density for the Lombard Apartment proposal needs to be recalculated as the <br />applicant submitted erroneous data. 2. The applicant has not established that the land is <br />a legal lot. 3. The applicant is assuming that state Goal 15 (Willamette River Greenway) <br />is subservient to SB 1051 (Needed Housing).
