If it does not include these requirements, the board should uphold the <br />law by instructing the Land Management Division to allocate adequate <br />human, financial and informational resources to the Planning <br />Commission, and then instruct it to convene as the Committee on Citizen <br />Involvement and comply with state and county requirements. <br />On Feb. 15, 2015, I presented the issue of Goal 1 noncompliance to the <br />Board of Commissioners. I was asked by the board to articulate my <br />concerns in writing, which I submitted by mail on the same day. I have <br />yet to receive a reply. <br />Goal 1, or Goal None?
