My dream is this property would not be developed, but I know that is not a reality. So below is a list of options starting
with my most desirable.
1. The property is used for what it was intended and bought for low income housing with getting zone changing done to
put a office on this pcs of property with access being River Road.
2. Coming to the neighborhood with a price and letting the neighborhood put together the finding. There is already a
few of use that are willing to put in good chucks of money to buy the property.
3. The property bought by the parks district.
4. The development done but with the access being River road.
5. The development done and bollards installed at the end of Lombard at the development.
6. The development done with no updates to the existing section of Lombard but with something in writing that any
future development cost will not be based on frontage but on total lot size or total building square footage.
6. The development done and Lombard developed with the developer responsible for the cost to update the road
system out to River Road. Also allow residence to have input on the road design as people park on the street and with a
40' ROW to have parking sidewalks can only be on one side.
Thanks and have a good day
Jason Hilliker
1490 E.
