This is not the right project for the Willamette River <br />Greenway or the River Road community. <br />This project is much too large for this sensitive area. With that scale comes more traffic on River Road and <br />neighboring side streets. This area is already heavily traveled. <br />I am a 42 year resident of River Road and l do not see this development as a good fit. <br />Thank you for your consideration. <br />Richard J.
