The Lombard development proposal needs to be denied due to: <br />Lack of compliance with “clear & objective” standards of the Eugene code as evidenced by the applicant’s numerous <br />requests for adjustments. <br />Lack of traffic analysis for the dangerous implications of increased usage of River Road and adjacent neighborhood lanes. <br />Public lands need public process!
