The statement is: <br />We, not the Applicant, represent the true views of the neighborhood associations and <br />essentially all 112 households residing adjacent to and along the one and only primary <br />roadway from Fairmount Boulevard to Spring Boulevard to Capital Drive. * * * * Not <br />one private individual offered testimony at the Hearing in favor of the development. <br />The first sentence is a new factual allegation that is not supported by the record. The <br />second sentence is a new factual allegation that contrary to the evidence in the record. <br />See, for example, the March 9, 2018, letter of support from retired circuit court Judge <br />Gregory G. Foote, resident on Capital Drive directly across the street from this site. I <br />have always assumed that the Dreyer property would someday be developed, and was <br />pleased to learn that it would be my neighbors who did so, rather than some disinterested <br />out-of- <br /> <br />
