A FEMA Letter of Map Revision has been obtained by the Applicant showing the area is <br />outside of any 500 year flood plains. That letter is included in the application as Exhibit C <br />The Applicant engaged the services of Foundation Engineering, Inc. which developed a <br />Preliminary Geotechnical Investigation report, dated April 30, 2018, which is found attached <br />as Exhibit D. The criteriaEC 9.6710(6)(a) are addressed in the Summary Conclusions, on <br /> of <br />page 8 of the Preliminary Geotechnical Investigation report.
