All street facing facades provide the minimum 15% window <br />area. <br />The Applicant seeks an adjustment from the provisions of EC 9.5500(6)(a) as noted in the <br />subsection above. In accordance with EC 9.8030 (8)(a) architectural elements such as <br />modulation, roofline variation, and exterior finish selections will break up the length of the <br />building, creating a vibrant street facade with visual detail. Multiple entrances will also be <br />provided. See full response to adjustment criteria in Part IV Adjustment Review below. <br />The proposed buildings incorporate a combination of the elements listed above to provide at <br />least two elements to break up both the horizontal and vertical surfaces of the buildings.
