The proposal complies with all “standards” found at EC 9.6500 through EC 9.6505. See Civil <br />sheets in Exhibit G for delineation of water and sewer systems. See architectural drawing <br />sheets also in Exhibit G for delineation of streets, sidewalks, bicycle paths, and accessways. <br />There are no alleys in the proposal. <br />A FEMA Letter of Map Revision has been obtained by the Applicant showing the area is <br />outside of any 500 year flood plains.
