A <br />variety of spaces are proposed including lawn area, pathways, and patios, within the project. <br />All spaces meet the area and dimensional requirements prescribed by this subsection. The <br />entire open space requirement for the project is met with common outdoor spaces. All private <br />balconies or patios contain swing doors or slider doors from units. No private open spaces <br />are being counted towards this requirement. <br />Private open space is provided for some units in the project through ground floor patios or <br />upper floor decks. All private balconies or patios contain swing doors or slider doors from <br />units.
