have more than one entrance serving multiple units and therefore call outs are included on the <br />plans in Exhibit G in order to clearly identify the front entrances of residential buildings <br />located within 40 feet of one of these streets. <br />All buildings in the proposal meet this criterion. Building 1 contains an interior corridor. <br />Buildings 2, 3, and 4 contain stairways that are protected from the elements with a roof <br />covering and one stairway that serves no more than 2 units per floor. All stairways to upper <br />floors will contain lighting that meets code minimum or better standards. <br />The Applicant does not seek an adjustment to these standards. <br /> <br /> <br />Dimensions have been added to the site plan to demonstrate that no structures within 40 feet <br />of a front lot line exceed 100 feet except Building 2 along Lombard Street. The Applicant will <br />be requesting an adjustment from this provision for Building 2 in accordance with EC 9.8030 <br />(8)(a) as is further discussed below. <br />Window percentage calculations have been provided on the elevation drawing sheets found in <br />Exhibit G for the building types that have public street frontage onto River Road and the new <br />extension of Lombard Street.
