These documents are included as an attachment to this letter <br />for ease of reference. <br /> <br />es <br />of 4 <br />Request Response <br />contained on Page 41 of 62 and Page 61 of 62 (Recommended Conditions of Approval <br />Condition 12) of the 2/28/18 Staff Report, which reads as follows: <br /> <br />Condition 12. Prior to final plat approval, the applicant shall provide documentation that <br />EWEB has received a financial guarantee, ensuring water will be provided to each lot in the <br />plat. It is noted that EWEB currently accepts cash payment, bond, or an irrevocable letter of <br />credit as financial guarantees. <br /> <br />The above Condition 12 emanates from the statement in the first paragraph of Page 41 of 62 of <br />the 2/28/18 Staff Report that indicates <br />prior to final subdivision approval the applicant will need to provide documentation from EWEB <br />ensuring adequate water service. <br /> <br />Ms. Schirmer, at the top of Page 4 of 4 of her 3/21/18 letter, indicates: <br /> <br />utility. That form of commitment, signed by the property owners, is Hearing Exhibit R. <br />EWEB informed the planning department on March 20 that the form of commitment by the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Response Committee notes the following: <br /> <br />1) Public Records <br />9.8320 (7) ( c ) is an exercise in futility as this type of document is one of extreme legal <br /> <br />
