Attachment C
GIOELLO Nick Attachment B
z
From: Dev Sinha <devsinha@icloud.com>
Sent: Thursday, December 14, 2017 11:05 AM
To: GIOELLO Nick R
Subject: Capital Hill PUD (PDT 17 - 01).
Dear Mr. Gioello,
I would like to share my concerns about and opposition to Capital Hill PUD (PDT 17 - 01). I live in the
neighborhood, and my family and I regularly walk, run and bike along Spring Blvd (both parts which would be
impacted). The incfeased traffic would likely greatly adversely impact safety and comfort on roads without
sidewalks and with plenty of turns. I would no longer allow my daughter to walk with friends down to the
park. I am also a regular user of the ridgeline trail, and appreciate the beauty of Laurel Hill as a significant
component of Eugene's "skyline". These would also be adversely impacted.
Capital Hill PUD (PDT 17 - 01) is completely out of line with the character of the area, leading to universal
opposition to this proposal from those impacted. Eugene needs density, but in ways which enhance its
attractiveness and in places which are not entirely car-dependent, not ones such as this in which the additional
traffic would greatly decrease the quality of life.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Dev Sinha
2520 Woodland Drive
Eugene, OR 97403
Page 364
