I don't see any notation(s) for beginning <br />point(s). <br />I'm guessing that the point I've marked with a BLUE arrow is the beginning and the improvements, <br />including pavement and sidewalk are continuous until the point I've marked with a RED arrow. <br />Would you please confirm or provide the correct specs. <br />Thank you. <br />Paul <br />z <br />
