According to ORS, all that has changed is <br />that the deadline for a decision is now 8/29/17 + 120 + 170 or June 15, 2018. <br />The applicant does not appear to have requested, per Eugene code, in writing a specific "longer <br />period" after the application was deemed complete until the public hearing. <br />As it stands, the deadline for the public hearing (and notices) remains ambiguous.
