Her <br />status is listed as active on the Oregon.gov website. http://osiab.orregistrants.org/search.php <br />The Planning Director was willing to accept the Tree Preservation Plans submitted by the applicant, which according to <br />EC 9.8310(2) gives the Planning Director the ability to waive any of the listed Design Team professionals. See the <br />following: <br />(2) Project Coordinator and Professional; Design Team. The tentative PUD application shall <br />identify the PUD project coordinator and the professional design team and certify compliance <br />with the following: <br />(a) Project Coordinator. The project coordinator shall: <br />1. Be the liaison between the applicant and the city. <br />2. Ensure that the required plans are prepared and executed according to any <br />required conditions. <br />3. Either be a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners or licensed in <br />the state of Oregon to practice architecture, civil engineering, or landscape <br />architecture. <br />The project coordinator, or at least one design team member, shall attend all public <br />meetings at which the proposal is discussed. <br />(b) Professional Desiqn Team Designation. Unless waived by the planning director, the <br />professional design team shall consist of at least the following professionals: <br />1. Oregon licensed arborist. <br />2. Oregon licensed architect. <br />3. Oregon licensed civil engineer. <br />4. Oregon licensed landscape architect. <br />5. Oregon licensed land surveyor. <br />@ Plan Certification. Certification of the services of the professionals responsible for <br />particular drawings shall appear on those drawings. To ensure comprehensive review <br />of all plans for compliance with the PUD provisions by the professional design team, <br />the cover sheet shall contain a statement of review endorsed with the signatures of all <br />designated members of the professional design team stating that the portion of the <br />project in which he or she was involved complies with the following: <br />1. Meets the standards of his or her profession. <br />2.
