Just a quick followup question to yesterday's email about the applicant's need <br />for an Oregon licensed arborist on their Professional Design Team and your reply that the Planning <br />Director has the ability to "waive" the need for having any one of the "professionals" per EC 9.8310 <br />(2). If the Planning Director waived the requirement for an Oregon licensed arborist, was that <br />"waiver" done in writing?? And if so, could you please provide to our committee (via me) a copy of <br />that written waiver?? <br />I think that's it for today.
