evening if that is ®K. Also I have a couple of real simple questions of my oven which I'll send along in
a minute. Thanks as always.
Forwarded Message
From: Brent Lorscheider <1orsch2728pacbe11.net>
To: Susan Hoffman <short amesue@yahoo.com>
Sent: Friday, November 10, 2017, 10:17:05 AM PST
Subject: Question for Nick of Stormwater
Please forward the following question to Nick:
The Application Stormwater Plan and Drainage Study (SW Plan) states "The primary goal for stromwater management on Capital
Drive is to match existing drainage patterns and peak discharge rates through the design storm. (pg3). The SW Plan makes several
more references about matching pre-developed levels.
1. What code sections support this goal of matching post development drainage patterns and flow levels with pre development
drainage patterns and flow levels?
2. Does the goal of capturing and treating approximately 80% of the average annual rainfall (EC 9.6790) supercede the goal
statement of matching pre and post development flows?
3. Does EC 9.6790 apply to existing impervious and pervious surfaces that become incorporated into a new development, land
application or PUD? If EC 9.6790 does not apply then what code section would apply?
