We would like a written statement regarding the availability and adequacy of the current sewer system with <br />respect to the subject PUD. It is our understanding that the existing sewer system is designated to accept the additional sewer flow; <br />and the accompanying rainfall inflow, from the 37 homes being proposed in the subject PUD. The PUD proposes two connections, <br />one at MH located at Capital Drive and Cresta de Ruta, and a second at MH on Capital Drive roughly 100 feet west of the property <br />line.
