Those lots, upon meeting flow control and water quality requirements,
will not be able to release into their own level spreader because they are cut off from those
open spaces and park areas by the roadway improvements. Therefore they will have to release
into the public and private roadways (via weep hole or some other method). The existing runoff
from those lots was accounted for in the storm analysis.
Hope that answers your question,
Nick
-----Original Message-----
From: Brent Lorscheider [mailto.lorsch272pacbell.net]
Sent: Thursday, September 21, 2017 12:21 AM
To: GIOELLO Nick R <Nick.R.Gioello(fci.eugene.or.us>
Cc: Cathy Johnson <cdiohnson617@rnsn.com>
Subject: Question on stormwater plan for a Chpud
Page 5 of the Stormwater plan and drainage study refers to "the lots bound by the new roadway
improvements" in the second paragraph.
