We would like a written statement regarding the availability and adequacy of the current sewer system with respect <br />to the subject PUD. It is our understanding that the existing sewer system is designated to accept the additional sewer flow, and the <br />accompanying rainfall inflow, from the 37 homes being proposed in the subject PUD. The PUD proposes two connections, one at MH <br />located at Capital Drive and Cresta de Ruta, and a second at MH on Capital Drive roughly 100 feet west of the property line. Below <br />is a request for public records as they relate to the existing sewer system downstream from the proposed PUD connections, <br />specifically downstream to the next larger sewer line(s). <br />1 The age and material of the sewer pipes. <br />2. The sewer analysis used to determine that sufficient capacity exist in the existing public sewer system to accept the additional <br />sewage and inflow from the proposed PUD. <br />3. The condition of the sewer. <br />4. The maintenance and cleaning history of the sewer. <br />5. A summary of any CCTV inspections of the sewer. <br />6. The history of any sewer spills or overflow records for the sewer. <br />Also, the Civil Drawings in the application indicate the existing sewers in Capital Drive (the sewers the PUD proposes connection to) <br />could be private sewers based on the legend.
