requirements for multi-family units and his/her tenants' compliance with the cRs,
community rules res, etc.?
As far as I know, no (potential) elevations have been provided giving interested parties
some insight as to the visual impact of 30' foot structures, 6 foot high fences, etc. which
could potentially be allowed under the city's -1 code. How will the project control
architectural style, siding color, roof material, etc. so that there is some design uniformity?
Guest parking. Done?
Again, I realize that the request as presented is for lot development only; however, the
ultimate goal is home building and creation of a cohesive community. At this point, at
least to e, the path forward to that end needs some clarification. Hope you can help.
Thanks for reading through this. Please advise by return e-mail what would be a good
time over the next week or so to discuss these (and potentially other) issues with you.
Susan Hoffman
(shortgamesue@yahoo.com)
Spring Blvd.
Eugene
3
