I ELL Nick <br />The Public Works comments in the letter are the referral comments, there is nothing additional like the typical check <br />list. The check list was used for the first submittal. For the second submittal we (Planning and Public Works) just <br />focused on the outstanding remaining issues. I received an email from Eric Favreau with those comments and then <br />pasted them into y letter. I tweaked a few words to make it more formal such as changing "I do not believe that they <br />adequately address" to "The applicant has not adequately addressed". I can forward you the email if you want it. <br />The informational item regarding the reconstruction of Capital Drive was solely in reference to the portion adjacent to. <br />the PUD between Cresta De Ruta and Hendricks Park. The applicant's plan showed adding asphalt to widen the street <br />to the required 21 feet between Cresta De Ruta and the terminus at Hendricks Park, which the Public Works comment <br />was in reference to. <br />You are correct I did reference the wrong number.
