® Prior to final PUD approval, the applicant shall revise Sheet C1 - Wastewater and Water Plan to <br />include a wastewater proposal for Lots 18 -19 that does not include private service lines within <br />the public right-of-way. <br />Public street and wastewater improvements are required to follow the Privately Engineered <br />Public Improvement (PEPI) process per City Code and the Public Improvements Design Standard <br />(PIDS) Manual. <br />® The applicant shall revise the PUD plans to include 5 foot sidewalks along the east side of <br />Capital Drive. <br />® The Final PUD plans shall be modified so that the stormwater runoff on the north and south <br />ends of the additional Capital Drive road width will be treated through either filtration or <br />mechanical treatment methods in compliance with the PIDS manual. <br />® The Final PUD plans shall be modified so that the stormwater runoff on the north and south <br />ends of the proposed private street will be treated through a filtration facility in compliance <br />with the Stormwater Management Manual. <br />Capital Hill PUD (PDT 17-1) Page 22 of 22 <br />
