UNIVERSITY OF OREGON <br />NORTH CAMPUS <br />CONDITIONAL USE & WILLAMETTE GREENWAY PERMIT APPLICATION <br />.8 Public Access -- Parking Area Development <br />Item 1: Details will be provided regarding location, number, and dimensions of existing and <br />proposed parking spaces, including aisle widths and disabled parking spaces and <br />reviewed by the city through the standard development process as they become <br />available. <br />Item 2: Details will be provided regarding location, dimensions, and number of bicycle <br />parking spaces, including long-term and short-term bicycle parking, and reviewed <br />by the city through the standard development process as they become available. <br />Item 3: Details will be provided on individual projects regarding proposed landscaping <br />and screening for parking areas and reviewed by the city through the standard <br />development process as they become available. <br />Item 4: Details will be provided on individual projects regarding curbs and other means <br />of protecting landscaping and reviewed by the city through the standard <br />development process as they become available. <br />Item 5: Details will be provided on individual projects regarding height and location of <br />parking area lighting and reviewed by the city through the standard development <br />process as they become available. <br />Item 6: Details will be provided on individual projects regarding designated carpool and <br />vanpool parking spaces for developments with 20 or more employees and <br />reviewed by the city through the standard development process as they become <br />available. <br />.9 Wastewater Requirements <br />Item 1: Details will be provided on individual projects regarding location and flow line <br />elevation of the existing public wastewater sewer at proposed connection point(s) <br />and reviewed by the city through the standard development process as they <br />become available. <br />Item 2: Existing and possible future wastewater sewer layout is shown on Sheet C02 <br />Sanitary Sewer Plan (Exhibit A). <br />.10 Water Supply <br />Item 1: Diameter of existing and possible future water main is shown on Sheet C03 Water <br />Supply Plan (Exhibit A). <br />Item 2: Details will be provided on individual projects regarding existing and proposed fire <br />hydrants and reviewed by the city through the standard development process as <br />they become available. <br /> <br />Cameron McCarthy INITIAL SUBMITTAL | February 21, 2018 47 <br /> <br />
