UNIVERSITY OF OREGON <br />NORTH CAMPUS <br />CONDITIONAL USE & WILLAMETTE GREENWAY PERMIT APPLICATION <br /> <br />Item 2: No rare animal species (i.e., those that are proposed for listing or are listed under <br />State or Federal law) or their habitats exist on the project site and are therefore <br />not documented as such. <br />Item 3: No prominent topographic features are present on the project site, as shown on <br />Sheets S01 Existing Conditions and L02 Site Plan (Exhibit A). <br />Item 4: Several wetlands, intermittent and perennial stream corridors, and riparian areas <br />are present on the project site, and are documented in the <br />Riparian Assessment <br /> (Exhibit B). <br />and Management Report <br />Item 5: The project site includes several areas identified in any City-adopted natural <br />resource inventory. These Goal 5 resources are shown on Sheet L01 Regulatory <br />Plan (Exhibit A). <br />Item 6: A mitigation plan addressing restoration or replacement of significant natural <br />features in accordance with EC 9.8440(2)(c) is not required. <br />Item 7: There are several significant natural resources on the project site, and a narrative <br />report from a qualified professional that provides an evaluation of these <br />resources, anticipated impacts to these resources, and proposed mitigation for <br />these resources is included as the <br />Riparian Assessment and Management Report <br />(Exhibit B). <br />.10 Landscaping Requirements <br />Item 1: Details will be provided regarding the location, species, and size of existing and <br />proposed landscaping and reviewed by the city through the standard <br />development process as they become available. <br />Item 2: Details will be provided regarding proposed irrigation methods and reviewed by <br />the city through the standard development process as they become available. <br />Item 3: Existing and proposed open space is shown on Sheet L02 (Exhibit A). <br />Item 4: Details will be provided regarding proposed type and size of existing and <br />proposed fencing and/or landscape buffering and reviewed by the city through <br />the standard development process as they become available. <br />.11 Contour Intervals <br />Item 1: Details will be provided regarding contour intervals and reviewed by the city <br />through the standard development process as they become available. <br />.12 Parking Area Requirements <br />Item 1: Details will be provided on individual projects regarding location, number, and <br />dimensions of proposed parking spaces and reviewed by the city through the <br />standard development process as they become available. <br />Cameron McCarthy INITIAL SUBMITTAL | February 21, 2018 42 <br /> <br />
