Concern over how nearby residents would know of project if they are outside <br />the 300ft boundary and did not receive a mailed notice. <br />Question regarding how riparian area is being defined: The city setback has already been <br />determined from the Water Resource Area Overlay Zone development requirements. <br />DRAFT MASTER PLAN AND CONCEPTS REVIEW <br />Colin presented and summarized the draft master site plan diagram. <br />Colin presented the building and open space layouts and explained coverage limitations <br />within development areas. <br />Colin presented and compared two concepts for the area north of the train tracks. The two <br />concepts are a refinement of the previous five concepts based on the feedback heard at <br />previous meetings. <br />DRAFT MASTER PLAN AND CONCEPTS DISCUSSION <br />Concern over what becomes of the art studios should they be displaced.
