That the Joint Pucks Committee be directed to begin immediately an <br />analysis of the costs involved in acquisition of property in the <br />south hills area and a study of the methods and sources of funding <br />available. <br />That the staff be directed to develop any ordinances necessary to <br />implement the recommendations of the South Hills Study for further <br />consideration by the Planning Commission and Common Council. <br />That the provisions of Resolution No. 2070 and Resolution No. 2248 <br />pertaining to density limitations and requirement of planned unit <br />development procedures are superseded by the provisions of this <br />Resolution. <br />That this Resolution shall become effective immediately.
