If alternative detention methods are found to be either more effective or cost efficient, <br />the use of the 24" detention pipes may be revised. <br />The peak discharge rate into Destination #4, the western gutter line on Capital drive, is met by <br />detaining a larger basin area than previously draining to the western gutter line.
