Diagrammatic approval for Capitol Drive PUD was granted <br />on October 8, 1982. 1 have enclosed a copy of the Hearings Official's findings <br />that specify certain conditions of approval (see "Conclusion" 1-8). These <br />conditions must be fulfilled as part of the preliminary phase application. <br />In accordance with planned unit development provisions stipulated in the <br />Eugene Code, a preliminary phase application must be submitted within one year <br />of the date of diagrammatic approval, <br />Thus, preliminary phase submittal is due by October 8, 1983, unless an extension <br />is requested by the applicant to the Planning Department prior to the submittal <br />deadline. <br />I have also enclosed a copy of the PUD provisions. You may wish to note the <br />specific sections which outline the criteria to be addressed at the preliminary <br />phase. Preliminary phase will require a public hParing before the Hearings <br />Official similar to that at diagrammatic.
